The PCAGB Council of Members is a National Forum that represents the interests of all PCAGB members.
One member of the PCAGB Council of Members will be selected to sit on the Board of Directors and represent the interests of all PCAGB members at Board level.
Those people chosen to sit on the PCAGB Council of Members are selected via a system of voting. This is done at Regional level. Representatives from each Brigade of Chefs will be asked to attend a Regional Assembly and each Region will nominate and vote for a National Representative to attend the Council of Members.
This is the fairest system we know of and it means that any member of the PCAGB could (in theory) be the National Representative and sat on the Board of Directors!
